Driving Directions:

From the Airport (Route 60 to Route 376)

  • Follow the Parkway (376) through the Fort Pitt Tunnel into Pittsburgh (approximately 25 minutes)
  • Stay in the center lane on the Fort Pitt Bridge and take the Liberty Avenue exit
  • Stay straight on Liberty Avenue through 3 stoplights
  • After the 3rd light, watch on your right for the entrance into the One Oliver Plaza Parking Garage
  • Once parked, take the elevator to the lobby
  • Take a separate elevator to the 36th floor

From the East

  • Take the Parkway East (376) to the Grant Street exit
  • At the end of the exit ramp is a stoplight and you’ll be on Grant Street
  • Go straight on Grant to the 8th stoplight (not counting the one at the exit ramp)
  • Turn left at the 8th light onto Sixth Avenue
  • Go straight on Sixth Avenue to the third stoplight
  • Turn left onto Wood Street
  • Immediately after turning on to Wood Street look to your right for the entrance into the One Oliver Plaza parking garage
  • Once parked, take the elevator to the lobby
  • Take a separate elevator to the 36th floor

From the North

  • Take I-279S across the Veterans Bridge
  • Get in the right lane on the bridge and take the Sixth Avenue exit
  • At the end of the exit is a stoplight. Make a right at the light on to Sixth Avenue
  • Go straight on Sixth for 4 stoplights
  • At the fourth light, turn left onto Wood Street
  • Immediately after turning onto Wood Street, look to your right for the entrance into the One Oliver Plaza Parking Garage
  • Once parked, take the elevator to the lobby
  • Take a separate elevator to the 36th floor
