Our Facility:

Located in the heart of the Seattle Financial District, on the 32nd floor of the Wells Fargo Center, overlooking Puget Sound, the waterfront, Cascades, Olympics and Mt. Rainier as well as both Safeco and Seahawks stadiums. The office provides 6 conference rooms, complete kitchen, entertainment lounge and bar with pool/ping pong table, TV, video and buffet table. Rich with warm woods and elegant décor, tastefully appointed and comfortable. In addition, there are 3 private telephone rooms and a lounge with overnight accommodations including showers, video games, tv/video and other amenities.

• Open 7 am to 11 pm, Monday through Friday (24 hours, 7 days a week as needed)
• Six spacious conference rooms with capacity for simultaneous servicing of multiple, large work groups
• Complete business center
• Fully integrated video/audio conferencing, fax machines, copiers, PC’s and laser printing accessibility
• Telephone alcoves outside the conference rooms provide extra privacy and confidentiality
• Client business center including a PC, Macintosh, desktop capabilities and securities library
• Microwave, dishwashers, refrigerator, toaster and toaster oven
• TV/video, pool/ping pong table, putter and balls
