Client Relationships: How to Build Them and Get Credit for Them

The only sure way to attain success in a law firm is to build a book of business. This program will focus on getting the credit for bringing in new business; getting credit for new matters that expand existing business; and how outside counsel and in-house counsel work in tandem to achieve those results. This session will include case studies demonstrating how the business originated and how the credit was awarded.
