The three-year phase-in of the SEC XBRL initiative has begun. The largest accelerated filers (Tier I filers) submitted interactive data-formatted financial statements to the SEC on August 10, 2009. All other large accelerated filers using US GAAP (Tier II filers) are required to file XBRL starting with their first quarterly report for fiscal periods ending on or after June 15, 2010.
