Monitor your mail from when we deliver it into the mail stream to when it arrives at the postal destination delivery unit (DDU) with our DDU Confirmation Service. Use OneSite Postal Monitoring tools to access web-based progress reports and projected delivery statistics each day, from every postal delivery location responsible for delivering your mail.

How does it work?
Before your mailing reaches the DDU, we'll send out a notification letter, along with a cover from the mailing, to alert postal personnel when to expect it to arrive. We'll also provide the USPS with information about your delivery requirements. On the first day of the in-home delivery window, we will contact each DDU facility and ask if they have received the mailing and when they project the mail piece to be delivered to the end recipient.

During the DDU Confirmation Service process, we will provide daily reports that outline the projected delivery dates for your mailing. We will continue the process of contacting DDUs until we've confirmed that 97% or more of your mailing has been identified as moving through the postal mail stream.
